"BUILDER'S PACKAGE"
This section outlines the information that you will receive as you move forward with the development of an arena project with Arena International Inc. The development plan has two stages. Stage I establishes a project’s financial realities in a specific community with analysis that allows you to determine whether or not to proceed to construction. If the Stage I findings are acceptable to you, then the project could advance to Stage II, construction and commissioning.

OVERVIEW OF STAGE I DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
You will receive the following:

Prioritized list of significant criteria to enable the beginning of a site selection process. |
| 3. |
Building Program and Concept Designs for the
Super Twin 300, Super Twin 1500, Super Twin
300S and the Super Single 200. |
| 4. |
Capital Cost summary and detailed information
concerning available (but optional) Fixed Cost Purchase Packages provided by the Industry Leaders
for certain building components and/or systems. |
| 5. |
Business Plan Summary including Operating Pro
Forma. |
| 6. |
Overview of primary alternatives available for funding the Arena. |
| 7. |
Implementation Plan/Schedule for the development
of the Arena. |
| 8. |
Use of Arena International Inc.’s branded name during the development of the arena. |
OVERVIEW OF STAGE II DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
If the Local Owner decides to proceed to Stage II of the arena development, Arena International will provide the following services:

Site Assessments for a maximum of 3 sites, includ-
ing a Market Overview Analysis for each Site. |
| 2. |
Assistance in making final Site selection. |
| 3. |
Detailed Generic Design and Construction Docu-
mentation (i.e. generic working drawings and
specifications for tendering; assisting local archi-
tect to create construction drawings). |
| 4. |
Detailed Capital Cost Estimating for a specific site. |
| 5. |
Fixed Cost Purchase Package. |
| 6. |
Business Plan updates. |
| 7. |
Assistance in identifying and securing funding. |
| 8. |
Implementation Schedule/Plan updates. |
| 9. |
Basic Pre-opening Operational Consultation pro-
vided by Global Spectrum. |
